O acordo, conforme Grado Parente, presidente do SEHA-JP, ficou “muito equilibrado” para os dois lados - empresários e colaboradores -, com avanços e atualizações de acordo com a nova lei trabalhista. O acordo da convenção será encaminhado agora para o Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego para ser homologado e, a partir de então, ser colocado oficialmente em prática. Graco Parente destacou que o acordo estava pendente desde 2017 e que agora, com atualização, o setor continuará a se desenvolver em sua normalidade.
