É o ponto de partida da identidade gastronômica de um lugar”, explica Marina Sá, realizadora do Projeto Terroá, uma versão para contar a nossa história e destacar os sabores da gastronomia brasileira. E o primeiro evento desse projeto acontece no mês de janeiro, nos dias 25 e 26, com o Festival Gastronômico Terroá. Em uma área de mais de 11 mil metros quadrados na Praia do Jacaré, em Cabedelo, o evento vai trazer chefs renomados para apresentar pratos com temperos e sabores únicos. Junto com tudo isso, um local para produtores artesanais, degustações, experiências, oficinas, música, hortinhas e espaço para crianças. Até o momento já estão confirmadas as presenças de marcas e chefs renomados do mercado, como: Al Dente Cucina, Anita Pâtisserie, Arbóreo, Cachaça Baraúna, Chicama / Chiwake, Cozinha Roccia, Due Amori, Estação Bananeiras, Fazenda Carnaúba, Farina, ItaliAmo, Pão com Gergelim, Pudinni, Quintal Gastrô, Tierra Morena. Em breve serão confirmadas as presenças de outras marcas de destaque. Quem também já acertou a vinda ao evento é a jornalista Mônica Santos, editora e coordenadora do projeto de conteúdo gastronômico da Veja Comer & Beber.
