A inauguração para convidados acontece nesta quinta-feira (22), ao som som do saxofonista Gilbert e apresentação deste editor, com abertura para o público na sexta (23). Yluska e Mirabel são primas e decidiram dar uma pausa em suas profissões de enfermagem e fisioterapia, para seguir um sonho que teve início com a Melissa Brigadeiros, que cresceu e hoje faz parte do cardápio fixo da cafeteria. Uma viagem à França de uma das sócias foi o ponto de partida para definir a expansão da brigaderia para um café no estilo francês. “No cardápio optamos por manter os clássicos de uma cafeteira como também adaptar pratos locais como o cuscuz e tapiocas para trazer surpresas francesas ao paladar. Croque madame, croasaints, quiches e doces vão garantir uma verdadeira experiência francesa aos nossos clientes” explicou Yluska. Vem coisa boa por aí!
