Destaques para o Carpaccio de barriga de salmão; Teppan Yaki de frutos do mar; Tartar de salmão, Tempurá de camarão e legumes e sorvete artesanal com calda de goiabada e queijo. O Mitt Sushibar, que é do empresário Amauri Sales Neto, abre de Terça a Quarta das 18h às 23h30, Sexta e Sábado das 18h à 01h e Domingo das 17h às 22h (Piso superior da Boate Pink Elephant).
