O evento, que foi realizado na segunda-feira (29), homenageou grandes nomes da cozinha brasileira e celebrou a história da nossa gastronomia. Também estiveram por lá alguns grandes nomes da cozinha regional, como Beto Pimentel, de Salvador, Celso Freire, de Curitiba, e Ivo Faria, de Belo Horizonte. Na ocasião, cada profissional fez um prato, que era composto por um coquetel, entradas, prato principal e sobremesa. Até os doces levaram carne suína, como o pudim de toucinho servido com sorvete de gengibre e farinha de especiarias, criação de Flávia Quaresma.
