Na Paraíba, desde 2013, a ONG Milagre Sertão busca melhorar a qualidade de vida dos sertanejos por meio de projetos sustentáveis e inovadores. Com esta missão, o time de voluntários do Projeto já promoveu oficinas e realizou atendimento médico em comunidades dos municípios de Picuí, São José de Piranhas e Cacimba de Areia. De acordo com Anna Raquel, voluntária do Milagre Sertão, as visitas foram importantes para conhecer de perto as necessidades da população e proporcionar ações que possam contribuir com o desenvolvimento local.
