V\u00ea-se que as referidas situa\u00e7\u00f5es e tantas outras fecham os olhos para o fato de que os meros dissabores do conv\u00edvio social n\u00e3o s\u00e3o suficientes para gerar o pretendido dano, visto que a vida em sociedade tr\u00e1s, em alguns momentos, frustra\u00e7\u00f5es cotidianas que n\u00e3o justificam a repara\u00e7\u00e3o moral.<\/p>\n
