O gingado da DJ Anna Greenwood foi o ponto alto do in\u00edcio da programa\u00e7\u00e3o festiva do Gala Anual do IMEX Frankfurt, al\u00e9m do an\u00fancio dos vencedores do IMEX Academy Award.<\/p>\n

(Live music with pianist Hayley Parkes and DJ Anna Greenwood, great food, plus the announcement of the winners of the IMEX Academy Award, it is the most distinguished moment of the event.<\/p>\n

The IMEX Academy Awards represent the very best in the meetings and incentive travel industry, honouring four outstanding individuals:\u00a0Amanda Kotze-Nhlapo, chief convention bureau officer at South African Tourism,\u00a0Erik Bakerman, marketing manager Meetings and Conventions at NBTC Holland Marketing,\u00a0Geoff Donaghy, CEO, International Convention Centre Sidney and\u00a0Elliot Ferguson, president and CEO of Destination DC was presented with the award for the Americas.<\/p>\n

O jantar especialmente preparado pelos chefs da cozinha do Sheraton Frankfurt teve como starters Beef Carpaccio with asparagus and herb vinagrette, Salm\u00e3o marinado com radish, piri pir and cr\u00e9me wasabi, ovelha tailandesa marinada com salada de macarr\u00e3o e vinagrette papaya.<\/p>\n

O prato principal foi o Fil\u00e9 de Cordeiro servido de duas maneiras, com horseradish ou ragu. Tudo acompanhado pelo Pinot Grigio Valdage D.O.C, de Santa Margherita, do Sul do Tirol e o vinho vermelho era um Salice Salentino, Reserva D.O.C, da Azienda Agricola Taurino.<\/p>\n

Tudo encerrando com v\u00e1rias sobremesas servidas no estilo fam\u00edlia, em que os convidados poderiam abusar na repetica\u00e7\u00e3o: Mascarpone torta, Mousse de Chocolate, Caf\u00e9 \u00e1rabe com cardamnon e bolo de chocolate em camadas. Nota dez!<\/p>\n
